This isn't a genuine Jackson Pollock! Harvard actually had to analyze the pigments (some of which, it turned out, hadn't been developed until the seventies - or even the nineties) to come to that conclusion. Funny, it seems obvious once you compare it to a real - or at any rate a good - Pollock (below, "Lavender Mist:No. 1").
