They'll pay for this, but not for that . . .


Above is the horrifying Norman Foster addition to the MFA, which people with more money than taste have so far thrown something like $400 million at. Below is the redesigned courtyard for the School of the MFA, completed by Faith Michaels and a squad of volunteers on a budget of $100,000 (its cost was double that).
