When does protest become art?

. . . when Code Pink confronts Condoleeza Rice. I don't think there's much an "artist" could add to this moment. The anger and moral desperation of the protester, Condoleeza's coiffed contempt for the faux pas of pointing out her guilt . . . it's all there, and worthy of Daumier.
